Ryan Tang

Director

As a Vice Chairman of an esteemed Construction and Engineering company in Macau, Ryan Tang boasts extensive experience within the property industry. Ryan is results driven and highly motivated to ensure that each project he works on achieves the best possible commercial outcomes. His technical expertise, combined with his innate ability to manage and coordinate all construction activities, ensure that all project deliverables are achieved on time, on budget and in line with all safety and quality guidelines.

John Yuan

General Manager

With over 35 years of experience in the Australian construction industry, John Yuan has consistently led by example. He has been pivotal in delivering large-scale residential and commercial projects, including the B1 Tower in Parramatta and Vision on Morphett in Adelaide, from design through to post-completion. John’s expertise covers development, procurement, design, construction, and asset management. He prides himself on his extensive network of business connections, which has been key to building and maintaining crucial industry relationships. John’s exceptional managerial skills and deep industry knowledge make him an invaluable leader in the construction sector.

Steve Chaar

Construction Manager
Steve Chaar is a seasoned Construction Manager with over 30 years of experience, including his tenure at Crown Group, where he oversaw internationally recognized, award-winning projects. His impressive portfolio features landmark developments such as the $280 million Infinity project, the $206 million Waterfall project, and the ongoing $105 million Eastlakes Shopping Centre. Known for his leadership, Steve excels in managing complex, large-scale projects with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency. His deep expertise and commitment to excellence make him a key contributor to the CJCA team.

Halifah Kassim

Contracts Manager
Halifah is an accomplished Senior Contracts Administrator with over 30 years of experience in high-rise residential, commercial, and hotel projects across Singapore and Australia. Known for her expertise in managing complex contracts, Halifah excels in delivering projects within budget while maintaining high standards of quality. Her skills include detailed contract writing, effective negotiation, and conflict resolution, complemented by extensive experience with construction management software and tender preparation. Halifah’s notable projects include the $98 million Habitat Carlingford and the $190 million Sydney Central Plaza, showcasing her ability to handle large-scale, high-profile developments efficiently.

Babar Shaikh

Project Manager

Babar Shaikh is a dedicated Project Manager at CJCA, with over 17 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, both internationally and locally. Holding a Master of Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Babar has successfully managed large-scale projects, including high-density residential and commercial developments. He possesses strong skills in project management, design Management, contract negotiations, and budget control, ensuring that all projects meet safety, quality, programme and cost targets. Known for his problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills, Babar is a reliable leader who consistently drives project success and fosters a collaborative team environment.

Mohammad Morgani

Safety and Environment Manager

Mohammad Morgani is an experienced Safety and Environment Manager with over 32 years in the construction industry. Mohammad holds several certifications in Occupational Health and Safety and has served in various capacities, including Safety Officer, Foreman, and Union Delegate. Structural Foreman

Mohamad Rahman is a skilled Structural Foreman with extensive experience in the construction industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney and an NSW Builder license. Mohamad has successfully managed large-scale projects, including the Infinity Park Norwest and The Parkside in Macquarie Park. His expertise spans across site supervision, structural work, AutoCAD drafting, and scope and cost management. Mohamad is adept at coordinating complex tasks such as steel scheduling, concrete bookings, and safety inspections, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. His strong leadership and organizational skills make him an invaluable asset to CJCA, consistently driving project success through meticulous planning and execution.

Lim Wu

Façade and Finishes Foreman

Lim Wu is an experienced Façade and Finishes Foreman with a robust background in structural design and site management. He holds a Master’s degree in Professional Civil Engineering from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor’s in Structural Mechanics from the University of Southeast, China. Lim has a solid understanding of Australian Standards and NCC codes, complemented by his proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project. At CJCA, he has successfully overseen key projects like Infinity Park Norwest, ensuring high-quality finishes and compliance with stringent safety standards.
